Thomas & Tara are an adventurous couple who’s thing is to “Spice Things Up” every week. Once we discovered this little insight, choosing the best location for their engagement shoot was a no brainer…

Thomas & Tara wanted a fun shoot for their engagement pictures. We suggested a carnival setting at The Canadian National Exhibition, also known as The Ex which is only open during the 18 days leading up to and including Canadian Labour Day.

Sometimes you need a bit of colour and The Ex is the just the place for a splash of vibrant hues!

Tara told us that she’s an event planner & actor. When we posed Thomas & Tara, we could definitely see Tara as a castable actor by her display of a wide range of expressions and emotions. It was a lot fun shooting this couple. The best part was playing and experimenting with the bright colours at night!
